When it was announced that Warner Bros had planned to release a new trailer for 300 this upcoming weekend with Apocalypto, we immediately began working on a confirmation of when we could expect the media online. Though Warner Bros is notorious for jumping the gun by delivering upcoming media early (mid-week), it looks like we will have to wait till Friday to see the trailer in Quicktime or Windows Media.

Warner Bros has confirmed that we can expect to see the new trailer for 300 online by Friday evening. By the sound of things, Warner Bros is planning on releasing direct links to the trailer in various formats; nobody got the exclusive on this one?

If this is the case, there is a small chance that Warner Bros will upload the vids, somebody will discover the links and, voila, the trailer will be available some time earlier. That, or Warner Bros could again jump the gun.

But for now, expect the new 300 trailer online by Friday evening.

300 opens to theatres on March 9th, 2007.
