Zach Snyder's adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel 300 will no longer be coming out on March 16th 2007.


According to Coming Soon, the movie will now hit theaters on a date to be announced. The only thing for sure is that the movie will see the light of day in 2007.

300 is a retelling of the ancient Battle of Thermopylae in which King Leonidas (played by Gerard Butler) and 300 Spartans fought to the death against Xerxes and his massive Persian army. Every page of the original comic was illustrated as a double-page spread. The movie stars Gerard Butler, Lena Headey, Rodrigo Santoro and David Wenham.
