Gerard will be co-starring with Hilary Swank in the romantic comedy P.S. I Love You , an adaptation of the book by Cecelia Ahern .Shooting will start in early October 2006,in New York city and Ireland.

FINALLY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting for a romantic comedy starring Butler ever since I watched him for the first time. YIPPIE!!! Now, we can almost say that he made all types of movies!!!!!!!!!

Well,it will be a nice change of pace for Gerard .
He was starting to get typecast in the same mold over and over...and exhausting him on all of level.
