ALBUQUERQUE - Burned-out cars. Smoke. Explosions. All in a day's work for producers of the film "Game," which kicked off production this morning in downtown Albuquerque.
The action film, which is scheduled to be released in 2009, takes place in a futuristic setting, with a mix of reality TV and computer games.
In all, producers expect to use 4,000 extras and 57 different shooting locations across the city.
Producers say the film will create good buzz for the Duke City in Hollywood.
Filming is expected to wrap in about two weeks.
